Terms of Use
Terms of use for the LFA Green Infrastructure Practice Guide.
Use of this Guide
The LFA Green Infrastructure Practice Guide is provided as a professional guidance resource for practitioners, councils, agencies, public land managers, consultants and other organisations involved in Green Infrastructure Asset Management Planning.
The Guide is intended to support professional judgement. It does not replace local policy, statutory requirements, professional advice, accounting advice, engineering advice, ecological advice, legal advice or organisation-specific governance processes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, structure, text, diagrams, tables, templates and other materials in the LFA Green Infrastructure Practice Guide are the intellectual property of the Landscape Foundation of Australia or are used with permission.
You may use the Guide for internal professional reference and implementation within your organisation, subject to the access level that applies to you.
You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, upload to another platform, train commercial systems on, or make substantial extracts of the Guide available to others without written permission from the Landscape Foundation of Australia.
Free account access
Free registered access is intended to help practitioners understand the Core Foundations and 3×3 Framework before deciding whether organisational subscription access is required.
Free account access does not provide permission to reproduce, redistribute or commercially reuse the Guide content.
Organisational subscription access
Organisational subscription access is intended for authorised users within a subscriber organisation. Subscriber organisations must ensure that access is used only by authorised users and only for permitted professional purposes.
Subscription content may include detailed Step guidance, AMP writing support, tools, templates, worked examples, case studies and resources. These materials must not be shared outside the subscriber organisation unless the Landscape Foundation of Australia has provided written permission.
No warranty
The Guide is provided in good faith as professional guidance. The Landscape Foundation of Australia does not warrant that the Guide will be complete, current, suitable or sufficient for every organisation, asset class, jurisdiction, financial system or project context.
Users are responsible for applying the Guide appropriately to their own context and for obtaining relevant professional advice where required.
Changes to these terms
The Landscape Foundation of Australia may update these Terms of Use as the platform, subscription model, tools, templates and training services develop.
